1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS.
IN TEENAGE DREAM ALL SALES ARE FINAL. EVERY PRODUCT IS MADE TO ORDER, SO IN CASE TO CONTINUE WITH OUR MINIMUM WASTE PHILOSOPHY, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS PLEASE CONTACT INFO@TEEN8DREAM.COM
2. SHIPPING.
SHIPPING COSTS WILL VARY PER COUNTRY OF DESTINATION. SHIPPING COSTS ARE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY AND REFLECTED AT CHECKOUT. SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE REFLECTED ON THE PURCHASE INVOICE. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUTIES OR TAXES IN THE COUNTRY WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
3. DELIVERY TIME.
EACH DELIVERY FOLLOWS ITS OWN TIMES. AS MENTIONED EARLIER, EVERY PRODUCT IS MADE TO ORDER, SO ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 21 DAYS TO GET FINISHED AND READY TO BE SHIPPED. DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE COURIER BUT IT USUALLY TAKES NO LONGER THAN 7 DAYS.
THE PIECES IN “PRE-ORDER” ARE SHIPPED THE DAY AFTER THEY ARE UP TO PURCHASE ON THE WEB.
IN CERTAIN CASES THE TIME MAY VARY SIGNIFICANTLY, IN WHICH CASE WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO HANDLE THE CHANGES.
THE DELIVERY DATES ARE APPROXIMATE AND THE DELAY IN THE SAME CASE DOES NOT COVER A CLAIM FOR DAMAGES.
